To order products from Carina Works, Use the "Add to Cart" button on individual items for credit card orders, or you can call 1-800-504-5095 Monday - Friday 10 am to 4 pm CST. You may e-mail us at customerservice@carinaworks.com for all other payment options. Have your item description name ready and we would be happy to answer any questions about our merchandise.
For non-credit card orders, shipping and handling prices on knobs and pulls depend on quantity ordered. .Please call or e-mail us for this information so you will know the correct amount for payment.
EVERY ORDER IS A SPECIAL ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED for a refund except for defects in product or workmanship. We offer our customers a friendly samples policy so you can be sure the item you are interested in will work with your decor. We are happy to exchange your order for a different item. Each order takes approximately 14 working days to process and 2 to 3 weeks to receive shipment. Some orders arrive sooner.
Our warranty policy is as follows: We guarantee that the hardware stays permanently on the knob and pull. If the round metal nut attachment becomes detached from the knob or pull, send us an e-mail or call notifying us that you are shipping the item back to us for repair or replacement. We do not warranty scratches, dents, or nicks on our products due to wear.
